global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pour le mettre en pleine ad\u00e9quation avec l\u2019\u00e9volution des missions et des attentes des administrations\u00a0;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Pour gagner en s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 et en qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail\u00a0;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique et le service rendu aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves, stagiaires et services employeurs.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre aux \u00e9volutions de la formation initiale qui seront mises en \u0153uvre en janvier 2025, mais \u00e9galement pour renforcer la robustesse, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et les conditions de travail, la directrice de l\u2019IRA de Nantes a engag\u00e9 en novembre 2023 un projet de transformation de l\u2019institut.<\/p>\n<p>Les objectifs\u00a0?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adapter les missions, l\u2019organisation, le fonctionnement de l\u2019IRA de Nantes aux \u00e9volutions de la r\u00e9forme pr\u00e9vues au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2025\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Optimiser et simplifier le fonctionnement et les process pour all\u00e9ger la charge de travail\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper la polyvalence pour renforcer la robustesse de l\u2019organisation\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Renforcer la coh\u00e9sion de l\u2019\u00e9quipe, d\u00e9velopper la transversalit\u00e9 et restaurer la confiance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une d\u00e9marche participative s\u2019est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e de novembre 2023 \u00e0 septembre 2024 afin de co-construire avec l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9quipe la nouvelle organisation de l\u2019IRA.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe a choisi l\u2019acronyme POM2025 \u00ab\u00a0Projet d\u2019organisation manag\u00e9riale\u00a0\u00bb pour nommer cette d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de transformation a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 en CSA et en CA \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2024 et rentre ainsi dans sa phase de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Le document joint pr\u00e9sente la d\u00e9marche et ses r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_slider _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.4&Prime;
